After the company met the requirements of the FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT, 2020, it was incorporated into the Corporate Affairs Commission and received its CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION in April 2022. Our office is located in Lagos and Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
